Stephanie is a 20-year career veteran when it comes to talent management and oversees the firm’s recruiting, retention, learning and development, and HR strategies to strengthen and elevate our pool of talent. Her ultimate payoff is seeing the development and growth in both employees and the company to deliver on mission.

Stephanie has extensive experience building HR departments from the ground up, working with companies through accelerated growth periods and economic downturns, and knows how to flex with organizational needs.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR), Stephanie is a member of the American Society of Employers and Society for Human Resources Management. She earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from the University of Michigan.
